Three Springfield playgrounds received a refill of engineered wood carpet over the past weekend, with two more to come this week. On Saturday, August 28, 2021, and Sunday, August 29, 2021, several inches of certified mulch was blown into playgrounds at Ruby Park, Cohn Park, and Patriot Park. This coming week will see new mulch blown into playgrounds at Smithfield Park and Laurel Park. (pictures below)
