It’s officially Spring and we’re getting closer to Summertime! But don’t forget these upcoming events for the end of May.
A Special Memorial Blood Drive at the Chisolm Community Center on Friday May 19th from 1 pm to 7pm.
Springfield First Aid Squad is having an Open House on Sunday, May 21st from 12pm to 5pm. Everyone will get the chance to tour the ambulances meet the squad members and more. There will also be free ice cream from Scream Truck for the first 50 people.
Pizza with the Police is Tuesday, May 23rd from 5pm to 7pm at TD Pizza.
Memorial Day is Monday, May 29th. The Township will be holding the annual Memorial Day Ceremony at Veterans Park at 10am and it will be followed by a parade.
Pride Month Flag Raising on Wednesday, May 31st. The event starts at 4:30 pm at the Chisholm Community Center. Mayor Chris Capodice and Union County Commissioner Rebecca Williams will be there to speak and there will be performances by students from Jonathan Dayton High School and Front & Center for Performing Arts.
