Recreation Department’s Running Club is Back this Fall for K-9th Graders
 
Registration is open for Springfield Recreation Department’s Running Club for K-9th graders this Fall! Register online on Community Pass at https://register.communitypass.net/springfield. Details are below:
What
Running Club highlights the importance of physical fitness training and the body’s positive response to exercise. Children learn to run faster over short and long distances. Agility drills and injury prevention techniques are also covered, as well as an introduction to endurance running, proper breathing and footwork, stretching, and more.

$150 per child per Day Session

Professional coaching instruction, keepsake apparel item (one per Day Session)

Refunds

No refunds after Friday, August 21, 2026, unless the spot is filled with a child on the waitlist. All refunds are subject to a $15 administrative fee, per Township Ordinance. In the event of a session interruption or cancellation, every effort will be made to return uncommitted funds.
