Recreation Department Shares Online Holiday Baking Demo

Let the Springfield Recreation Department help you bake your holiday desserts! Ricci Rajoppi, Recreation Program Coordinator, is back with a cookie baking demonstration filmed live from the Chisholm Community Center yesterday, Tuesday, December 22, 2020!

Gather the following recipe ingredients in your kitchen and then watch Ricci take you through the easy steps: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 cups all-purpose flour, 2 cups M&Ms (your choice of color combinations).
