Administration Office

The Office of the Township Administrator is the focal point of the administrative operations. The Township Administrator is the CEO of the Township and responsible for the day to day operations and overall management of the Township’s workforce. The Administrator is also as well as the development and oversight of the operating/capital budgets. The Administrator is appointed by the Township Committee  to implement the policies established by the Governing body.

2013 DEPARTMENTAL ADMINISTRATION GOALS

• Seek new revenue sources
• Explore shared services opportunities to reduce operating costs
• Refine Performance Appraisal Evaluation system for department heads
• Continue to support the implementation of the Business Improvement District (BID) and downtown revitalization efforts
• Oversee the design and construction of senior center at the Chisholm building
• Implement new citizen inquiry/complaint reporting system
• Support the implementation of departmental goals
